Creamy, crunchy, leesy.
Made in Charmat method but aged on lees in neutral barrels to mimic some autolytic/leesy characters found in traditional method sparkling wines, this fun fizz is made from Chardonnay and Riesling. Creamy yellow apples and lemon curd, apricots and crunchy green apple aromas translate onto the palate. flavours of warm apple turnovers and freshly baked biscuits add depth and complexity.
